SNOW!

On Saturday, it snowed two feet, so today, we have a snow day. Hooray! No school! That means it's just two days until winter break instead of three. The snow was up to my knees, (I'm about five one) and it was really powdery. I went sledding, but I got kind of hurt because I bumped into the same log a few times.

Oreo went out into the yard, and the snow was up to his neck. He made little tunnels which he used to navigate throughout the yard. He's a wierd dog. He loves the snow but hates the rain. I guess I'm kind of that way too. And of course I'm anything but wierd. (haha)

I get super annoyed because the annoying (annoying is a good word here, so bear with me.) kid who sits accross from me in readng class always says "lol lol jk" IS IT TOO MUCH TO SPEAK IN NORMAL WORDS? As I may or may not have menioned before, I prefer full English sentences and absoloutley hate text talk. I only use it when I really must, (when I'm over 160 characters in my text messages) and I think people are just too lazy to write propery. Don't get me wrong-- I'm not hypocritical. I use "brb" and "gtg" once and a while, and I use "lol" and "bbl." But the thing I find really annoying is when people say stuff like "I hav 2 go 2 the thng 4 my sis." "To" and "for" are not difficult words to write. I just think that it's not too good for the English language if people replace words with numbers. Writing is writing, and math is math.
